PROFESSIONAL TRAINING - CANCELLATION POLICY

Training registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

If a registered training participant cancels or does not commence the training within 6 months, a full forfeit 100% of the training fee will be incurred.

If a registered training participant does not complete the training in 3 months from the date of commencement, a full forfeit of 100% of the training fee will be incurred.

SST reserves the right to change, cancel or defer access to courses and to alter course content at any time without notice.

If access to a course is cancelled by SST after the submission of a registered training place and before completion of the course, a full refund of the training course cost will be made.

 

 

PRODUCT PURCHASES - RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchasers and users of the products are responsible for making their own assessment of the information about the products and product selections. 

Please choose carefully - refunds are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

For physical resource, Social Skills Training Pty Ltd (SST) will consider a credit, refund or exchange on a product if the product provided:

  • is faulty, or
  • unopened and is the incorrect product for participation in an enrolled place of the SAS Small Group Program; and
  • is returned in its original packaging to SST with proof of purchase.

Customers must notify SST within 5 days of receiving the order if an exchange or credit is required. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds are only offered at the discretion of SST. If a refund has been approved shipping and processing charges are not refunded.

 

 

For servcies entering into an agreement as an SAS Provider of the SAS Small Group Program, the Subscription Change and Cancellation Policy applies.
